To block a user you don't want to play with or receive messages from:
Locate the player's profile: You can find a user by tapping the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner of the home screen, from an ongoing match, or directly from your chat.
Block from their profile: Once you're on their profile, tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and select the Block option that appears at the bottom.
Unblock a player: If you later want to unblock the user, follow those same steps. At the bottom of their profile screen, you will see the Unblock option.
Managing Players Directly from Chat
You can now report or block a player directly from the chat screen while keeping the conversation open:
Open the chat conversation with the player.
Tap the options menu within the chat interface.
Select either "Block player" or "Report player" depending on the action you wish to take.
Reporting Inappropriate Content or Abuse
In case you receive inappropriate messages, explicit content, or any type of abuse from a player, we ask that you contact our support team here.
Please be sure to include the user's exact username (which begins with @) and screenshots of the incident. This allows our moderation team to take the corresponding measures swiftly to prevent the situation from being repeated and to guarantee a safe environment for the community.
