If you encounter suspicious or inappropriate behavior by another player, you can report it directly to us or handle it instantly within your chat interface.
Option 1: Report Directly from the Chat
You can now report or block a player directly from the chat screen while keeping your conversation open:
Open the chat conversation with the player.
Tap the options menu within the chat interface.
Select either "Block player" or "Report player" depending on the action you wish to take.
Option 2: Contact Our Support Team
You can also report behavior by contacting us directly so that we can analyze the situation. In order for us to take action, it is essential that you provide the following information:
Screenshots that allow us to validate the user's behavior or actions.
Ensure the screenshots clearly show the reported user's full name and exact username so that we can identify their account more quickly.
Once we receive this information, our moderation team will analyze the situation and take the measures we deem appropriate to maintain a secure environment.
