If you're trying to send a message and see an exclamation mark next to it, it could be due to different reasons:

Internet connection issues. Make sure your connection is stable. If you're using WiFi or mobile data, try switching between them. If the problem continues, try sending the message again in a few minutes.

The user might have blocked you. If a user has blocked you, you won’t be able to send them messages. Sometimes, this happens by mistake. If you can, we suggest asking the user to check if you’re blocked. They can go to Menu > Find players, open your profile and unblock you.
