Hello everyone!

We wanted to let you know that, from now on, you'll be able to find the Card Machines in the game's Store.To access it, tap on the third icon of the option bar at the bottom of the screen and then go to the "Gems" section, which is represented by a diamond.

  I kinda like that it's in the store page now since it keeps the front page cleaner, but I feel it should be in the front tab of the store rather than the gem page. Change isn't always easy and it doesn't entirely make me happy, but it makes sense.

  Card machines aren’t loading now. The machine is greyed out with a spinning loading icon but never loads.

  Same is happening for me. Also none of the character icons populate the albums. They all show the same spinning loading symbol and never load. So many threads about this problem yet I have not seen any reply/comment/solution from the developers.

  I have 31K gems and  do not see how to redeem them. It's useless to keep earning them if they cannot be used. Not sure what that screenshot above is about, but all it wants me to do is buy them. LOL. Not a chance.
