LOVE THIS GAME! HATE ALL THE MISTAKES, ERRORS AND UNCHANGEABLE WRONG ANSWERS THAT I SUFFER THROUGH WITH...
Once again, every single game I played has cost me, coins, check marks, tickets and wins, most with no way to report the problem or replace my wasted, already purchased checks, tickets or coins. I get so darn frustrated I quite playing and then miss it so I return to thel game thinking the problems must have been fixed, only to get dinged again, unable to even report the unfinished question or wrong answer or wasted checks, tickets and coins. I really do love this game and it is NOT too much to expect such a long & well established game, with so many world wide players, to work right. I play many other games with not one single problem of any kind. I won't name them-although I am willing too...and they are well known world wide too. Dearest Trivia Crack, do you understand how bad it feels to play the game you really love and have problems from the first turn you play? How about the feeling one gets when every game has wrong answers or questions that are cut off in the middle so you have no idea what answer is wanted or your hard earned extras are gone-whether they disappeared or got used up unfairly with some of the above? It's maddening, frustrating and so unbelievably all re-acure continually. Sometimes it actually seems that buying extras just revs up all the problems as if trying to force you to buy more. I've
quit purchasing until I feel that my money won't be wasted. That's the way I feel after paying for the "pro, no advertising" version but have to click off YOUR ADVERTISMENTS AFTER just about any turn in any of the games within Trivia Track. Will someone please explain to me why absolutely nothing is done about any of the problems or WRONG happenings we bring to your attention here in the forum and even before the forum in our emails? People I've known playing this game daily are falling away mote and more. Surely this is something that concerns you. It also means less revenue so I can't believe you don't care even though that seems to be the reaction we see over and over again-NO REACTION. AND WHAT THE HECK IS THE NRWS GOOD GOR IF YOU ANNOUNCE THINGS THAT ATENT THETE AND DONT HAPPEN..MEOW YOURSELF!

Brava! The biggest problem anyone who regularly plays this game has is the plethora of blatantly wrong answers and poorly phrased questions. Some other web trivia games have the questions/answers supplied by the programmers. The downside of that is much less variety; more repeated questions. Trivia crack has some repetition, but certainly more variety because the players themselves provide all the material. The players also approve all the material. That is the TC downside. If we are supplying all the product for your game, I would think Etermax could spare a few people to edit and research the questions before approval. At least give us a simple process to flag improper questions or answers in ALL versions of the game. As the years have passed they show little interest in fixing these problems. It’s a pity and a shame.

See Etermax??? It's not just me getting frustrated and angry. Folks, at the risk of having my account suspended again, I will try adding my 2 cents to this AGAIN.
I have complained about these and other issues ad nauseum. I tried to group the issues in one complaint so they would see how long the list is. Then I tried to list them in individual complaints. Then I tried sending the issues in direct requests that don't get seen on the Forum. They call it a ticket. One day, VERY RECENTLY, I got so frustrated I sent 3 or 4 tickets. One of the tickets was asking them to re-open a ticket from 6 MONTHS AGO about not being able to see the whole question (and sometimes the answers). They responded to my tickets by merging them all into one ticket and closing the individual tickets and calling them "solved". Then, eventually, they called the merged ticket solved too. Then I wrote back asking them how they could close the tickets when the issues still remain. Some of the issues are MONTHS to a OVER A YEAR long. These issues are also part of the core of the game. Their response? They SUSPENDED my Forum account for a few days. I wrote to them directly asking why my account was suspended, no response. I just kept checking back. And suddenly, my account was available again. But now some of the tickets I submitted are no longer listed in my account. They're just gone. However, the ones that remain all say solved.
I don't understand how they can run a trivia game where you can't even see the trivia question? Or play a Trivia Game that has incorrect answers? Or play a game that just switches back to the Game Menu right in the middle of playing said game? Or play a game that says you get 10 seconds but the screen doesn't open til there's 3 seconds left? Or offer free turns that don't work over 75% of the time? Among so many other issues.
Etermax, these are all core problems. These aren't issues that pertain to the cosmetics of the screen, or moving the 'buy this package' screen, or getting rid of gems we can't use or any other issues that we can work around. These are issues we CAN'T work around and issues that compete with the essence of the game. This is a TRIVIA GAME. We can't answer questions we can't see. We can't read a question and 4 answers in 3 seconds. We can't control that the game freezes or switches to the Game Menu mid-play. We can't control that free turn buttons don't work. These are all issues with the foundation of your game. And that is why your players are so angry and agitated. It's infuriating to see these issues never getting fixed but seeing useless pet games or find the meow somewhere. We are all adults here who want to test our knowledge with CORRECT trivia facts, not feed Tamagotchi pets.
Also, Etermax, your answer that some issues are with our internet connection is not valid either. There are never, NEVER, issues with your ad timers. If it says 30 seconds for that ad, it runs 30 seconds, if not more. The so-called bad connection never reduces your ad time like it does your game time. You say that because some games are played in real time, that's when 'our' connections come into play, however, we all play other games (non-Etermax games) that are in real time and our connections never pose a problem during those games. For example, I play a card game with 3 random players. It is in real time. No issues. No hang time, no missing cards, no sudden game-endings. So it's not the connection.
I will probably get suspended again for complaining yet again. So I ask you, why build a forum and a reporting process for players to list their grievances, but never fix the grievances and then punish them for airing the grievances? Fix the Game and we'll all complain less. Thanks.
