Hello Kathy Jacobson! Thank you so much for your comment. We would like to let you know it is very likely that when accessing the game from your new device you have created a new account by mistake. You will have to log out of the account you have currently opened by tapping on the menu option on the top right-hand corner of your screen, then scrolling down to select "Settings". Once you are in the Settings menu, tap on the red button "log out". You should then be able to enter your former account´s information.
