Stops " premium" purchase_allows all others!

I can't get my 99 cent premium purchase to go through which would give me 24 hours of doubling earned scores. I was able to buy tickets no problem but went back to premium and said ERROR again. Turned phone off and on but really, if it allows all purchases except 99 cent premium, it's the game not me or my phone. I hate having to come and complain but I hate worse when the game messes me over. I have 2 choices. Ignore not being able to purchase premium and play for hours like I enjoy-losing out on how many doubling of points we don't know-or, not play at all until you fix this "ERROR". Why are these problems still happening after so many years. I try to stay a loyal play at but things like this test my patience and take away from my enjoyment of game playing. Either choice sucks for me. Please explain this stupid error. I look forward to your reply and finding out why I'm being penalized.

  I just was dumb and won a game which I only got 400 coins for winning, not my double. So do I not play and have to start over with stickers and nor get to play grand prix and try to get the most characters of all and all the other side games? This really sucks!

  Now I'm losing points winning at tug of war. I have to quit. I'm just getting madder not relaxing and having fun. It's too hard to have fun when a game rips one off.

  I,m having the same problem here.
  I also wonder how on earth it is possible that a premium in usd only 0.99 cents costs while in the european currency the same premium costs about 5 or 6 Euro.
