OMGOSH! AGAIN-WON 800 POINTS THAT DISAPPEAREDD. THATS 2400 POINTS IN ONE DAY!

I really can't believe this is going on. Does Trivia Crack hate me for speaking up? I have had alk kinds of problems for 2 days and today I have not been credited with 3 different 800 point wins and several cookies. Really, no email confirmations, no responses here to posts nor others. Is anyone else experiencing this? Why ate they doing this? I feel like it's on purpose but to what end, I'm just not sure.

However, we´d like to let you know we´re currently experiencing some issues with the visual update on the ranking points that are being accumulated. Keep in mind that you´ll be able to find your points being credited upon restarting the application. We´re currently working to have this solved shortly in a new application update. We apologize for all inconvenience this may have caused you.   Thank you for responding. I was losing hope. I do have 1 more question...what do I do to get my pink tickets. I had purchased some and then when I restarted I had won 200 MORE by placing in Survivor but when I thought about using some, all were gone but 100. Very strange to have left me 100. I has used only 250 and several games earlier. I should have had over 600 and didn't get to play more turns because I didn't understand where soooooooo my points were gone to.
  Thanks again, for returning to the forum and for helping me understand what's the reasoning for the ticket loss.
