Trivia Crack won’t open at all!

Everytime I click Trivia Crack 2, my screen flashes and it’s back to my home screen. The app won’t even open at all. I’m not sure what to do.

My boyfriends app wont open at all either, he was first place in the ranking and now he isnt and he cant play and it ends in two hours! This is ridiculous please fix this
