Why if we tie in a challenge did my opponent win?

I challenge my opponent in a challenge. I was the FIRST to answer all 6 questions correct and AFTER me, she got all of the correct  too. ONLY she got a bonus question and won it and I did not get a chance to answer. How is that fair ?

  Hello Mike! Thank you so much for posting about your concerns here! We would like to let you know, when you are the one challenging your friend, and the match has resulted in a tie, the challenged user will receieve the bonus question. Bear in mind this is the way the game has been set up. Whenever a user challenges you, and the match results in a tie, you will in that situation receive the bonus question. We apologize for all inconveniences this may have caused you. We wish you have a wonderful day!!
