Not fun anymore-2 major mistakes in a r p wd

I am totally bummed and must apologize to those games I should be playing but the play has been taken out of me. First I went to play a new Triviathon, don't ask me why-I can win 500 points in survivor with no help but can't and haven't earned more than 1 or 2 keys.( once I one 3) Anyway, math I can do. The first problem was 9 + 10 × 3 = _ the answer of course is 9+10=19×3=57. The correct answer wasn't even offered-the game said 39 was the answer. Of course I lost so I quit that game and saw a star at the winning cup. I knew I was either with a pink or brown chest which the award says for the level I'm at was I think 2000 coupons for pink or 20,000 coins for Brown. Guess what? I had not been awarded 3 games of my win points so I got kicked 1 down chest from pink to a brown and my award?...7000 not 20,000 coins. I'm just so done tonight. The last few days there has been no communication or response to my forum posts, I've missed out on several awards and wasted coins ECT for wrong answers and I just don't need it tonight. I'd like to play a game that I not only enjoy but that is consistant with informative and responsive developers who are also consistent. I feel like I was purposely led to believe something that's not true.
