    How do we know when the day starts over? You need to have a timer set for a new day.

    Worse than that, I just got the message that I’ve reached my daily limit and don’t get ranking points when I’ve only played 6 games today.

    Hello Mike! We appreciate you posting your concerns here! We would like to let you know the classic matches limit is applied to all users equally around the globe, in order to provide everybody with the same opportunities to gain points. However, once you have reached that limit, you will be able to continue accumulating points for the Ranking by playing the rest of our game modes, which do not have a limit. Nevertheless, we appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion, and we will take it into account for future game updates. Regarding the Triviathon missions, please bear in mind we are still working with our Developers to have this issue solved as soon as possible, we sincerely apologize for all inconveniences this may have caused, and for the time it is taking for us to arrive to a permanent solution. We wish you have a great day!

    Once again I started playing classic games this morning and got the message that I’ve exceeded the 15 game limit when I’ve only played 4 games today. I’ve been trying again each hour since hoping that this is a “rolling” 24 hour day but it doesn’t appear to be so. Please let us all know EXACTLY what the rules are for this frustrating and unnecessary limitation on game play.

    At least move it to 20 games. As I have posted, the other game modes are not available on the desktop version, and not everyone can play the mobile version. Level the playing field. Have them all available, or have none.

    I’ve got the same problem. Again, after 7 this morning, gmt time, I won a few games. And until now (14:00 gmt time) I can’t play because it says I’ve already played my 15 games. But I did not!! So now I will not get to play for my points.... I said it before in another post. Just like the persons above, answer the questions please.... etermax

    It says the counter will reset at 5am UTC which was 10pm in Vancouver BC. I set all my games up properly so that I win my 20 games limit. It is passed 10pm already and I just won my first game of the day and got message stating I reached my limit. How is this possible?

    Etermax! Please set up a counter and time limit on when we can start earning ranking points for the day. I am sure once you do this you won’t have so many complaints. Do this now. We are all begging you.

    I'd like to revisit this topic in light of all the changes Etermax has made to increase their income. If you are not going to increase the game win limit per day, then at least add a warning that the contestant has reached their limit for the at the time they have. Do not have the dialogue pop up after the player has won a game over the limit. This is a waste of the player's resources and is a deceptive practice. It would seem this game is now set up to reward the payers who pay the most to achieve points by being able to play countless other games that do not have a daily limit. Again this can be translated as deceptive and even to the point of fraud.
