Hi Lodia! Thanks for reporting your situation. At the moment, we won’t be releasing a new Cards Machine, but we don’t rule this option out for the future. We appreciate your comments and will forward them to the corresponding team as a suggestion.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Have a great day!

What a crock! Do not abandon the cards! Players finally get used to the game and then you abandon the system? Wtf? If no new cards then exchange diamonds for correct answers! Moving stuff around is just a practice session to keep your employees busy but not productive. Want to loose players??? Want to loose sales? Keep up the crap and you will!

Every time I hit gems it wants to sell me some....why would I want to buy any if there’s no way to use them? The reason to play other than some brain exercise is to collect cards.  I totally agree with the above comment from Raybobsky.

I miss collecting the cards! My friends and I used to have a blast seeing who got the "set" first.

Hello guys, thank you for posting your comments here and letting us know of your thoughts! We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our app. Keep in mind that while we are currently working on other features of the app, the possibility of launching new machines in the future -where gems will be very useful- has not been ruled out at all. Just remember that because we don´t have immediate plans to launch a card machine, we cannot give estimated dates.
We appreciate your enthusiasm regarding card collections and the patience provided. Your comments will be taken into account for future game updates.  We hope that meanwhile you continue to enjoy the current features and those to come. Have a great day!!

    Hi.
Well I can appreciate the answers provided... I have collected all 636 cards and have over 400 gems. It’s fine if you decide to bring it back; however, is there any possible solution that can benefit those who are still collecting gems?
ie. Exchange for tickets Etc. ???

We had 3 cards earning prizes over time. Did you just eliminate them like the machines??

I have over 10000 gems and would love to use them on cards or such. Please bring back the cards so we have something to aim for otherwise the game is just becoming obsolete

robin blomquist, you are correct, they did away with the cards, I just check my album and the cards have no value. that a bunch of @$$ holes. I don't play any more, it was fun when we were collecting cards and I played all the time, especially when one card could "cost" a 100 gems. etermax you suck, get back to basics and I HATE your new home screen.
    who agrees with me.

    leigh howard-smee,
I agree with you, and I feel, let down and robbed. for years etermax encouraged us to collect cards for "bonus" plays and just like that etermax removes the value of cards that belonged to us. that's just not right. I don't play any more, and I used to love this game. HATE the new home screen.

Hey, Lodia, my cards are still there, but they’ve moved them and they are harder to get to. Now you have to go to the shop (where they still actually sell useless gems). The machines are gone, but our prize earnings cards are still there.

Hello guys! Thank you for posting your comments here! For starters, we would like to let you know, you can stay relaxed, as the cards have not been eliminated. Please keep in mind, these were moved to a different place, as now you will be able to find your cards in the game Shop, more specifically, in the gems section. Which has been informed in the following official post. On the other hand, for those who have already complete the album, we would encourage for you to continue gathering cards, as we have some special news coming up! We apologize for any inconveniences caused. Have a wonderful day!

If we have completed the album you encourage us to continue gathering cards?? By completing the album I have drained every card machine. Did you mean to encourage us to continue gathering gems? I have nearly 40,000 now.

I have an idea....instead of pushing more useless gems on us, why don't you buy them back for what you are trying to sell them for?? I have enough to sell that I could finance a small country or pay off my house and land, buy a new tractor and probably a good pickup truck.

Three of my four card machines are "sold out" and I understand from the comments here that they won't be replaced or replenished. So why do we keep earning gems? ESPECIALLY in the consolation spin at the end of a round? 2 of the 7 prize slots are devoted to gems, but I don't understand why if they are absolutely useless?!? As Lloydjv suggested, maybe they could be bought back, or we could use them to buy other powerups, which would be wonderful! It is pretty annoying to keep earning gems when we can no longer use them. AND we can keep earning them from our cards. I usually just put cards into play that actually generate coins over time, and never use the lives or gem cards, but I know many people must use them. If not, what are they even there for? Maybe in an upcoming team meeting you could discuss what you can do about this ridiculous gem problem that has been going on for at least 7 months now! Thanks guys! 🙏❤

Hello Judi Shevlin! We appreciate you sharing your insight on this thread! We would like to clarify that while we are currently working to implement new features into the game, the possibility of launching a new card machine where gems will be very useful has not been ruled out at all! In the application´s latest update, all active cards can be found in the VIP machine where all users will be able to trade gems for cards. Nevertheless, we understand your concerns regarding gems being used as rewards in the game. We will be reporting and taking all comments into account. We appreciate your opinion as it helps us improve! We apologize for the time it is taking to come to a resolution on this subject, and all inconveniences this may have caused. We wish you have a wonderful day!

Here we are a year later with no new cards to collect and no other possible use for gems. Yet they are still for sale at a dollar a pop and they still take up two of the prize slots on the wheel. I now have over 43,000 of them. But hey! “All that bling looks great on me”, right?

So the timeline here says it’s now been two years since gems became useless to the longtime players? It seems much longer than that, but two years is a long time to wait for you to take some action Emax. The next dozen gems I “win” on the wheel will put me over 50,000. Assuming your development team hasn’t been on vacation for two years you really should have given us some option for tens of thousands of useless gems by now. Every wheel spin is a reminder that you don’t care about us. Prove me wrong!
