what to do with all my gems?

If vending machines are never coming back, what is the point of all the gems I keep collecting?  Will there ever be anything worth gems in the game in the future?  And if not can they be converted into something that will be useful in the future?

  Since there will be no more card machines added, it would be nice if gems could be traded for right answers as those seem to be the toughest to come by.  Thank you.

  I agree - find a way to let us cash in our gems or give us something else to buy.  I'd love it if the vending machines would go away if you're not giving cards any longer.  I think taking gems for correct answers is a great idea!

  Hello Everyone, we appreciate you posting your concerns on this matter here! Keep in mind that while we are currently working on other features of the app, the possibility of launching new machines in the future -where gems will be very useful- has not been ruled out at all. Just remember that because we don´t have immediate plans to launch a card machine, we cannot give estimated dates.We appreciate your enthusiasm regarding card collections and we appreciate your patience provided.
