    Hi Ginger! I think most of us experience this with Emax, and our complaints about the game. Mr. Emax doesn't seem to listen to us anymore. I have gotten so frustrated with the game that I pretty much quit playing, except to feed that silly pet. I didn't ask for it, but I do feel a certain sense of responsibility towards it anyway. You probably struck a nerve with them. Same stuff we have been complaining about for years, they (devs) just continue to ignore us. I have MANY screenshots of questions with wrong answers. They say, "Send us screenshots of wrong questions and answers" and so, yes, I have sent HUNDREDS with ZERO response! I am wasting room in my cloud storage with useless screenshots that are useless to have! Good luck with this, Ginger. I hope they answer this time!

    I just can't get over what was once what I considered the best game app available has sunk so low. I just played 3 tug of war games. The same tho,G happened each time. I answer the 1st two questions quickly like I always do yet my opponents answers show up late as the next question happens...until the 3rd or 4tb question when all of the sudden their correct answers go up by 2 points at a time and even though I get the answers right, my points stay the same. Each time, my opponent wins with more points than questions...and I answer fast but the questions only change for me when the click runs down. I suspect by the pics and names that my opponents are often from another continent, not just country. What the heck.. What can possibly be the object of this? I paid years ago for the as free version yet have to constantly put up with being interrupted by ads. Does Google game shop have any rules at all for apps they offer and support? This is beyond ridiculous and an insult as well! My biggest problem is having enjoyed the game so much in the past I keep hoping it will be different. Isn't there something about insanity is repeating the same thing over yet expecting a different outcome. I'll tell you Jan, this game makes me crazy for sure!

    Guess what just happened? Again! Earlier today I won a classic game and didn't get 800 points for it when I went to check so I thought I must have looked too soon. I had to get on with my day so I just kind of put it to the back of my mind and went on. About an hour ago I found I had a few minutes to myself and thought I would go and play another game. When I went to look at all the different things I noticed on the standings that I was actually in second place now and only 100 points below the first place person. When I won the classic game this time, I stayed to see how many points I got and yes indeed it said 800 in big red numbers so I went to look at my name in first place only surprise! My name was still in second place and still 100 points behind the first-place person. I not only didn't get 800 points I didn't get any points and it has now been over an hour and I just checked again and still no points and no email confirmation to this post nor the post I made an hour ago when I didn't get my 800 points. When you read where it says Support it says something like "All the answers to all your questions.... bologna! They don't even respond any more. I appreciate you Jan for letting me know I'm not the Lone Ranger in this. Are there others?

    Several others. We try to be fair to them (the devs) but things that are broke (wrong answers, revamping the free spin wheel, still collecting useless gems) that kind of thing never gets fixed. Emax is happy to put out their hands and collect our money and do virtually nothing to make the game better for the players. The way I look at it is, we the players, pay their bills. Emax is run out of South America, and is a million dollar company. I know I have spent a lot of money on this game, way too much, and we help pay their salaries, so you'd think things would improve! But they don't even bother to answer most times. I have had similar point losing experiences with them, never ever giving me lost points or coins or credits. So I prolly wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that to happen. We should form a FB group, "Dissatisfied with Trivia Crack? Come chat with us!" Maybe they would start listening!

    Absolutely why I am taking a break from it! The pop-ups in the game are not considered by Emax to be ads. They call them promos, not ads. They apparently can run in- house promos that are possible revenue boosters for them so they can offer the game for free. Hmm. The game has become so stressful! Two words that should NEVER be in a sentence together: game and stressful. But I still care for my pet, and play a few game rounds, or Daily Question, or Triviathon, but not stressing to finish in the top 3 or top 5. All stress in a game = NO FUN! 😳
