    Same here. Lost all my games. Now it says check internet connection. Connection is perfect. Streaming music, texting and emails are fine. I think that’s the default response when something is wrong.

    Mine too. I guess my pet is going to leave for greener pastures! That's ok though. The questions were getting really stupid anyway! Game won't load for me. I had to come to forum through my email. Odd.

    Lost all of my games.  Now there is a ad version on my phone even though I purchased the ad free version and game is starting from the very beginning instead of the level where I was.  Lost all of the people I play with and my pet is not at level 9,  Please restore my game back to where it was before you did your maintenance this morning.  It would be appreciated that you do this as soon as possible.

    In the news section of the game, they’ve been saying that they will be down for maintenance today. I don’t remember the hours. I guess we can just keep checking back with our games 🤷🏻‍♀️

    My players are back up.  However, the version is the ad version and the level of my pet has been changed.  Please restore the ad free version (which I paid for) and set my pet back to Level 9 the way it was before your maintenance this morning as soon as possible.  Thank you!

    Hello Debbie Hunter! Thank you for your comment. Please bear in mind that the ad-free version and the ad-version are two separate applications. We recommend you make sure you have logged into the ad-free version of Trivia Crack to recover your pet´s level and the ad-free benefits. As for the maintenance-caused issues, these should  be resolved by logging out of the application and logging back in brind your progress back on track. To log out, please go to Menu - Settings - Log out. We sincerely apologize for all inconvenience this may have caused you. We wish you have a wonderful day!

Due to an issue presented in the game’s login, it’s possible that a new account was created by mistake. We want you to know that you will be able to retrieve your original account to continue enjoying the game.
