    I don't recall getting an email, nor having life's restored and the bug is not fixed. Just saying. Why offer in game pop up and not honor the option.

In case you have not received our email in your main inbox, we suggest checking the Spam and Junk folders of your email, as of the mentioned date. As for your balance of lives, we verified that the compensation was correctly deposited at the time of our contact and later used to create Classic games. We also verified that the games created through the Free Match pop-up since then have not consumed lives from your current balance.
