My husband and I spent $9.99 each for our ads unlimited and we are still getting all the ads! This is so messed up! I tried emailing Zendesk and no response! Hopefully, they will write back on here...

My husband and I bought unlimited no ads. We paid $9.99 each and are still getting ads. I expect a response from Etermax! This is so wrong! I emailed them too and no response. This is not fair at all!
