Christmas Tour completion

Not sure how this is possible with the lack of required Christmas hats at the later levels. At lvl 7, have not received a question containing a hat in over 50+ turns now. Not sure if I'm having terrible luck with the hats being random, or they have are now bugged.

  I am having something with current challenge. Translation, etermax wants us to have to play more games before allowing a chance to win. Personally I am sure the reward will not be worth the time or effort
