Ads won't play

Hi. The ad for "Earn Cash Reward: Make Money Playing Games & Music" never starts playing - the spinner just spins forever and the only thing you can do is exit the ad (I'm not sure if there was another ad with the same issue, maybe it was the same one). I've lost quite a few second chances both in matches and triviathon, plus the automatic ads in triviathon every 5 questions have also cost me a few streaks. This is obviously frustrating, look into it please.
