Second Chance Questions Oroblem

For almost a week now when I get a second chance after a wrong answer, I watch an ad & then the sound for a new question is heard, but visually it goes to the question answered wrong saying “Time’s Up”! I saw someone post a similar question about this but that was months ago. Can you please help? Thanks
