error Code 4300 weekly contest

I can't log into the weekly ranking contest to collect my first prize winnings. I get connection error Code 4300. I know I won because I saw it last night, I didn't wait until the contest ended before I went to sleep. Everything else in the game is working.

    That is exactly what happened to me. I had a 15,000 point lead with about 20 minutes left in the weekly tournament so I went to bed. This morning I got the above error message instead of the prize. Everything else seems to work fine. What’s the deal??

    ha, so its not just me! I had a 10,000 point lead! That's the error code I get.

    It’s not just you, Ellen. Also I just noticed that my Genius rank has completely disappeared. I wonder if that is connected to the problem.

    My genius ranking is gone too, and I'm not earning any ranking points. I have to assume the weekly ranking is down site wide (I hope).
