As for your latest post requesting for feedback on the new game´s pet, we are looking to add the value our users are looking for within this feature, we are working on new improvements and would love for you to be happy with them, this being the reason behind our request. As for the new game logo you mention, this is due to the fact that during the current month of October we are launching Halloween themed events, it should not be related to the glitching, however, we are currently aware of that issue and working to have it solved. Please let us know if along with the glitch you are getting an "internet error" message. We hope this comment does help to address your doubts. We hope you have a great day!

    I do appreciate the existence of this forum that gives players the opportunity to air our grievances and suggestions. In nearly every case you answer us, but also in nearly every case our grievances/suggestions are futile. I’m happy to report that my glitch of dropped games has not recurred in the past couple of days but there was never any “internet error” message. Also the logo graphic for Etermax is unrelated to your Halloween characters graphic. As to the “added value“ of the pets, you should have sufficient negative feedback everywhere in this forum to confirm they are regarded as useless graphics beyond creating starvation guilt trips.
