Pet Disappeared

As of logging on today I have noticed that my pet has disappeared. It is very strange as a have fed it every day even yesterday, but it has disappeared not even giving me a chance to get a new one.

  Mine disappeared today, before it became hungry, probably only a couple hours after feeding. My wife mentioned hers is gone too and wasnt hungry yet. Are they coming back? And what’s the point of them anyway?

We would like to let you know the new Pet feature is set to disappear when users don´t feed it; nevertheless, it should return to the game upon a short period of time, back in the first level. In this case, because you are stating you had been feeding your Pet regularly, we will be reaching out to you through email in order to help you have this problem solved as soon as possible.   Hello Chris Stevens! Thank you so much for your comment. Please bear in mind, if your pet has left the application, it will be returning back in level 1. In case this is not happening we would suggest you hard boot your device, then uninstall and reinstall the application. Please bear in mind by doing so you will not lose your information and statistics as these are linked to your email address. We apologize for all inconvenience generated.   Same situation here. My pet was smiling and the "feed" button was greyed out. It said I had to feed him in 3 minutes but it wouldn't let me. Now my pet is gone after like 18 days of feeding. Oh well. The pets are a pointless feature anyway

  This just happened to me today. I usually always get a 19min warning before my pet leaves. Last I saw my pet he was fed and happy; I logged in today and he's just gone with no warning. Trivia Crack I really don't want to start over with my pet!

  my pet just ran away, i feed him every day consistently, even bought him a hat. i’d hate to lose that progress, please get back to me!! it’s very upsetting.
