Triviatopics Unexpected Error

I have received this error 3 times in the last half hour...why are players penalized a round/turn/attempt when it's not their fault this error occurs? The game should keep their latest attempts before the error occurred. Its especially bad when you are starting a category and haven't even answered one question in said category and you get the error...very frustrating.

  Same problem occurring today, 3 turns lost thanks to the unexpected error. At least remove the lost turn and just make us begin the topic again without being penalized.
