Not getting second chance after ad

How can your team honestly say you're still working on this issue? It's been 2 years since this thread has been created, two years that this bug has been known and still, in April 2022, it hasn't been resolved and still happens regularly. Yet you're still earning your revenue for our views on these ads, and not to mention there's literally dozens of micro-transaction opportunities at every single stage of the game, at least the free version. And obviously I'm not opposed to ads and the devs making their money, heck the only reason I made it to this thread is because I was willing to watch an ad to get a second chance enough times to see this bug over and over and finally google it. I am for ads and micro-transactions that come through in non-obnoxious ways, or at least optional ads for things like a second chance. I understand that you guys need to pay your employees and I appreciate the fact that the game is free and that ads and micro-transactions are to thank for that. I even considered buying the paid version, but I'm not going to buy the paid version knowing the devs don't even care enough about the actual game experience to iron out bugs that have been around for years. Keep pushing those micro-transactions and ad opportunities though, at least that way it's very clear to anyone like me trying out this app in the year 2022 that the game is not meant to be an enjoyable experience, it's nothing but a cash-grab bogged down by ads and micro-transaction offers being forced into your face without new meaningful content behind it. It's sad too, because I remember when the original trivia crack came out and it was not like this, it was a fun game that the devs worked hard on and that's why it gained so much popularity. It's easy to see why it's not nearly as popular as it used to be. Notice why even other mobile games full of pay-to-win opportunities such as clash of clans succeed, it's because even though there's more micro-transactions now than there ever used to be, at it's core it's still a good game with hard-working devs that provide fun and new content when they can, and smash bugs as soon as possible. Maybe that's a bad comparison because Supercell is such a big company with more employees and resources for such things, but the effort they put in still shines through. Meanwhile this game I have to watch a 30 second ad after every single thing I do and decline microtransactions after every single thing I do too, it's a joke.
