Get more cards - machine not loading

I am down to just the special machine where it costs about 46 gems/card. However, that machine no longer loads. I just get a spinning dial above the machine, which is grayed out, so I can no longer buy cards at all. I’ve updated my app to the latest version and tried everything else I can think of to no avail.

    I have the same problem. I was down to the last 2 cards too! Hopefully this gets fixed but I have a feeling they are phasing out the cards altogether.

    Only need 3 more cards to have them all. Machine won’t load, although all the rest of the machines load fine. I’ve been randomly trying for 24 hours.  Just get spinning dial.

    Same for me. Except the album of cards wont load either. I have the paid version of the game. Can still collect diamonds. Tried clearing the cache and an uninstall and reinstall. At a loss.

    So I did a support ticket with etermax and they are aware of the issue. They didn't give me a time frame for a fix.
