What can I do if a question I suggested is still pending?

We receive inquiries about suggested questions that take a long time to get approved on a daily basis. Even tough users are the ones who approve and reject the questions, sometimes the process might still take a while. It will depend on how many users are willing to vote and collaborate with the community.
Given this situation we have decided, together with Willy, to create this space so you can let us know if you have questions pending approval.
How can you do it? It’s easy! Just enter your user name and the number of suggested questions that are still on the waiting list.
Once we have that information, we will contact our Content Department, so they can prioritize your questions.

I see there’s a new procedure for question approval. Cool! I have 388 in the game and 630 pending questions. Recently, nothing I’ve written has been voted on which now makes sense due to new procedure. Please ask Willy to check out my recent submissions. My username is @dantegolio. Thank you!

ericfields05 - Two questions. First, yesterday 5/12 the same 40 or 50 questions kept repeating throughout the day. Is there a glitch with the app? Secondly, I get rejected for "question is repeated" when I see numerous repeat questions. Yesterday alone, I saw "How many cookies are in a baker's dozen" question at least 8 times and in several categories including science, entertainment, history and geography. Can someone explain why this happens? It seems pretty arbitrary to me.
Lastly, why are there so many questions about flags? Who knows the flag for all 170+ countries, 50 states and thousands of cities?

My issue is that I cannot edit my questions after they are rejected, but are still in the 7 day window. I make corrections, but the only thing that shows on my screen is "forward" in the upper right hand corner. I click on that but the question never updates/changes for me. What am I doing wrong? I am starting to recognize how NOT to write questions. A "repeat question" is just that... a question that has been asked before, even though you give different answers. An example of that would be, "What is the correct spelling?" Automatic rejection - no matter the answers! Anyway if I could find out how to actually edit successfully, I would be a happier camper! I’m cross postin just for due diligence... I’ve posted on this thread before but due to lack of meaningful response from Etermax, I made a separate post in hopes it will help all of us. I sincerely doubt it, but I had some downtime this morning so I decided it was worth a try:
“I just want to make sure that I understand the current system correctly: To earn achievement credits for suggesting questions, the questions must be approved; however, Etermax is completely unwilling to make sure that the questions are rated and graded fairly. They insist upon 85% community approval and yet The community rejects questions simply because they get it wrong. They’ll cite the reason as a repeat, meanwhile we are all forced to answer numerous daily repeat questions about the coronavirus originating in China (which is actually pretty racist and has no significance ), Machu Picchu, how to spell Elementary words like television and are constantly confronted with misspellings and wrong answers. How are these questions getting through and my Questions that are unique and spelled correctly are rejected? The questions in this game are becoming so low quality and ridiculous And your refusal to actually pay people to curate community questions and approve them based on merit, correctness, correct grammar & spelling is just making it worse. I guarantee somebody’s gonna come along with a cookie cutter answer for me but I’m not interested. There are plenty of trivia games out there that actually care about trivia and don’t set the players up to fail by giving them tasks like achievement badges that they cannot ever possibly earn.
This is extremely frustrating for everybody and people have been making the same complaints for so long and yet Etermax does nothing to fix the situation. It took me more than one year to earn my first badge for suggesting questions, there are 3 more to go, and I can’t get my questions rated, or rated fairly, to continue.. What is the point? (I’d also like something to do with my 6000 gems that you keep giving for prizes even though you abandoned the machines and would like for that stupid pet that I have to feed twice a day with cookies that you make so hard to win— I won a dozen games in classic mode yesterday and still did not get five cookies to feed my pet — but those are posts for another time & place.) Right now I would just like for somebody to review and approve my questions and do so fairly based on merit. If things don’t change I’m definitely quitting this game, which kind of sucks because I actually paid for a premium membership but, as I said, I’m fed up.”

Hey Dante! Thanks for the update. Willy told us that he analyzed your questions and approved some of them. As we told Victoria, some questions are still in time to be voted by other users, and therefore to get approved. Please be patient, your questions will eventually be approved. Thank you for this thread. My username is @lisatmetzger and I have 24 questions pending. It’s extremely frustrating to not be rated or receive downvotes for questions that are new, correct grammar and answers, I’m guessing because they got it wrong. I’ve rated 1150 questions and I only downvote poor grammar or incorrect answers because there is room in the game for repeats. If this problem isn’t fixed, give people achievement credit for suggesting questions, not just approved ones because it isn’t fair. Thank you.

ericfields05 - I have several questions rejected for being "repeated questions" which I do not believe is correct because I've played Trivia Crack for years and not once has any question remotely similar has ever showed up meanwhile I see numerous repeat questions about Harry Potter, LeBron James, Games of Thrones

etermax Thanks for your answer. BUT I don't understand how it could undergo the voting process when the vote for the majority of my translated questions (48/63 pending) is still 0 vote for - 0 vote against... and this for over a year!?!
Also a lot of my questions and translated questions are stucked for over a year at 10 votes for - 0 vote against or 9 votes for - 1 vote against.
If the voting process is frozen, they can never be approved!

ericfields05 - I have 84 questions under "The Waiting for Approval" tab, some of them have been sitting in the que for months possibly years and haven't received one review. Can you shuffle them so they at least get in the que to be reviewed. Also too many questions are making it through the vetting process with spelling and capitalization errors, it's embarrassing. I hope someone will take the time to look into my concerns.

ericfields05 - Why are my questions under "Waiting For Approval" not being considered. There are questions that I have seen in the "rate questions" that have circulated continuously for over a month which is difficult for me to understand because of my questions that have been rejected, circulated for less than a week. I've asked before and no response so i'll ask again, can some of my questions be moved to the "rate questions" phase or at least looked at by someone?

judishevlin - I have several questions waiting for approval that have yet not started through the rating system. How can I get them rated? Also, how many "this question should not be in the game" votes does one get on a single question before it is rejected? Seems to be just once (to me.) Can't figure this system out sometimes! I'm sooo anxious for the new promised filters in the Question Factory 😃😍 Thank you!!

Hello again! Still have a bunch of good questions sitting there, neglected and ignored! Could you push some more through for me? I have 32 waiting for approval and 30 that were rejected for not enough likes (but I don't think they were ever seen in order to receive likes).

ericfields05 - I have over 100 questions that have not been reviewed (not one rating), most of them have been in the "Waiting for approval" tab for months. Meanwhile questions continued to be approved that have spelling errors, obvious answers, or none of the above as an answer choice. I think I write really good questions that deserved to at be looked at by someone. I would appreciate it if someone could either get back with me, look at my questions, or release them to the "ratings" tab.

ericfields05 - This is my 3rd or 4th time requesting that someone please check to see why my questions are not being added to be rated, some have sat for almost a year waiting to be moved to the ratings. Also I have 2 questions that were rejected for "offensive content" yet I do not see anything offensive about either.
