Welcome to the official Trivia Crack forum!
If you are here, that means you want to be a part of our great Community. Being a part of our family is very simple. However, in order to achieve and maintain a pleasant environment for all of our members, we provide you with the following guidelines that will inform you of what we expect from you.
If this is your first time visiting a forum, besides getting to know the dynamics, we invite you to read our rules. Yeah, we know, it’s not the most entertaining thing to do, but we are a community and we need to set some behavioral rules.
On the other hand, if you are familiar with the way forums work, we rely on your experience to help us and other members to make the most of this space.
Now that that’s out of the way, let’s begin!
The forum is divided into categories. Each of them contains information that will help you clear out any doubts about the game and assist you in fixing any issue you might be having.
Every category has a different topic. In each of them you’ll find different posts, either from other members or from the official staff of Trivia Crack.
Tip: Keep in mind that the only posts that can be regarded as official are the ones made by our staff.
First things first: if you want to actively partake in the forum, you must be registered. It’s as easy as heading towards the top right corner of the screen (the "Sign in" option).
Done! You are ready to share your wisdom with the community. To post a question or an idea, click New post, located at the bottom of the main screen.
Tips:
- Be nice and respectful! This will cause your posts to be taken into greater consideration by our staff and other members of the community.
- Don’t beat around the bush! If you stay on topic, you’ll simplify the task for other members that might be searching for the same thing as you.
- Avoid posting twice about the same topic. We know you can’t wait to return to the game, but don’t let the hurry get the best of you! Try to find any post related to your queries. The solution might already be in the forum.

How do I stop receiving emails of comments posted after mine? I have made my point, it seems the overwhelming majority of commenters are in agreeance, you are arrogantly ignoraing is, so there is no point receiving endless emails all basically saying the same thing - your new homescreen sucks but you don’t give a damn - so HOW DO I STOP THE EMAILS????

I purchased the ad-free version of TC. So, why is it that EVERY TIME I open it, I get the same old ad from TC advertising a “limited time” offer. First off, it’s an ad on an ad-free platform. That alone is wrong. Second, it’s hardly a limited time offer if it comes up every time for months.

We want to let you know the "limited time offer" you are receiving in the Premium version of the application is not considered to be an advertisement as it is not making an offer that is external to the game. The purpose of it is for you to be able to access an item pack at a much lower pize than you would find in the game´s store. Also, please keep in mind, the "limited time offers" will change and update as time goes by. Nevertheless, we appreciate your input on this matter and will report your comments to our Developers team for them to take into account for future game updates. Why are gems still being rewarded when you can’t do anything with them. More than a year ago I asked when you might have new slot machines and was told it would be soon. I’ve already obtained all my characters, so it seems like a waste of time having to accept a gem that can’t be used.

Hello Debra Curtis! Thank you so much for your comments and for reporting these issues within the application. We would recommend for you to complete the following troubleshooting steps to attempt having these solved:
-Force close all applications
-Hard boot your device.
- Uninstall the application and reinstall upon a few minutes.
Please bear in mind that by doing this you will not lose your information and statistics, as these are linked to your email address.
As for you concerns regarding the gems, we would like to let you know we are currently working to improve and implement other features in the application, for this reason, the implementation of new card machines isn't currently in our improvement plans, however, we aren´t discarding this possibility. We will proceed to report your comments to our Developers team for them to take into account for future game updates. Hello Debra Curtis! Thank you for your comment, we appreciate your participation. Please bear in mind that the "Double Rewards" option you will find on the screen when you access the shop section applies to the cards you have placed on the board. Each card will provide you with a reward every day, by tapping on the option to "Double Rewards" you will receive twice the reward for all three cards you have placed on the board. We recommend you make sure to always place the cards that will provide you with the most rewards there. We remain at your disposal for any other questions you may have. Have a wonderful day!
