All my games are gone. I can’t play at all. Help please.

Games are gone again. Plus the game is locking up after I win numerous characters or answer more than 12 answers correctly in a row. What in the hell is going on here? It's like Etermax tries to stop you from achieving your daily goals and prizes. This needs to stop. Get rid of some of the fcked up ads and offers and just let people play the game. Another disturbing trend i am seeing is the the first question in a category is almost impossibly difficult, but if you use a credit or watch the video for a second chance, the second question is less than elementary. This is fraudulent. Please end this practice.

This has already cost me over an hour of game play, so I would suggest to Etermax, you compensate each player something to make up for points lost during the outage. I am now down to 2 hours left of my 100% points booster. If you cannot extend this, then please refund my purchase price for Premium Mission rewards. This happening too often now and it seems like another play to bilk players out of money.

Meanwhile the clock keeps ticking and you can make purchases, but not play your games, get rewards earned or start new games because lives have gone missing. This is either extremely clever, or a serious malfunction within the game that needs to be fixed once and for all. If people cannot play, please stop the countdown on achievements and rewards. It appears very shady.
