What happened to all of my lives?

Why did all of my lives just disappear? Why do they not replenish every hour like they used to? Is this another ploy to force players to spend more money? The only way I get lives now is through my album rewards. This is not how the game is supposed to be, and it needs to be rectified immediately. Please investigate this and fix it immediately. I had more lives than I could have ever used up until  a week or so ago, then they just disappeared. I have also read threads here where others lost all their coins and other extras. What is going on here? I have been playing this game for more than 6 years so there is no reason why my lives should have ever been exhausted under the rules.

  Never an answer when they have been caught stealing again. Some day this company is going to trip up and get caught in a lawsuit.
