Trivia stopped working

Lost all of my games. Now there is a ad version on my phone even though I purchased the ad free version and game is starting from the very beginning instead of the level where I was. Lost all of the people I play with and my pet is not at level 9, Please restore my game back to where it was before you did your maintenance this morning. It would be appreciated that you do this as soon as possible.

Hello Debbie Hunter! Thank you for your comment. Please bear in mind that the ad-free version and the ad-version are two separate applications. We recommend you make sure you have logged into the ad-free version of Trivia Crack to recover your pet´s level and the ad-free benefits. As for the maintenance-caused issues, these should be resolved by logging out of the application and logging back in brind your progress back on track. We´d like to inform you all that over the last few hours we had been doing maintenance work in the game which is why you may have found irregularities in your account. Due to an issue presented in the game’s login, it’s possible that a new account was created by mistake. We want you to know that you will be able to retrieve your original account to continue enjoying the game. To do so, you must access Menu > Settings > Log Out. Then log back in with the email address and password information used to create the original account and this way, your progress will be back on track.
