Why Can't Trivia Crack be Played on a Desktop PC?

I used to be able to access TC from Facebook, however it no longer works. Why are we limited to playing on our smart phones? There should be game access online for desktop users. I believe I asked this question before and received no suitable answer. I have been Playing this game for about 7 years and if I cannot access any longer on PC I will likely need to stop playing.

Accessing the application through the Facebook web has been temporarily disabled.
