Why is there still a problem with this still giving error message about internet connection? Don’t have a problem on ANYTHING else. I’ve lost turns, tons of pink tickets and right answers. It’s impossible to win this game without points from survival arena. It’s been a year since you said you were working on it. So frustrating!!!

We want to let you know that we are aware of the problems that some users are experiencing in this game mode and we have determined that most of the errors may occur due to instability in the internet connection. This does not mean that the error arises because you have lost your internet connection, but in Survival Arena -being a real-time game mode-, in the face of sudden instability, the game could stop. Unfortunately, it also could happen that while maintaining a strong and stable internet connection, the game could stop if another user suffers instability in their connection. For this reason, we will continue to analyze the situation closely in order to achieve a better experience during Survival Arena mode. We appreciate your understanding.
