First of, we recommend that you follow these steps:

- Open it again and check if you received the items you purchased.
If you still haven’t received your items, please contact the Apple Store (App Store) so that they may help you. Since they process payments directly, we do not have access to the purchasing database.
We recommend adding all information related to the purchase to your message to speed up the process; date and time you completed it, content of the purchase, form of payment used, etc.
