To delete your account, follow these steps:
- If your device is Android, please contact our Support team via Menu > Help > Support > Send a request. In your message, specify both in the subject and the description of the intention to delete your account.
- If your device is iOS, you will find the Delete my account option by pressing the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the main screen and selecting Help.
Please note that regardless of your device's operating system, you can also send us a request to delete your account by following the link below or via firstname.lastname@example.org. For security reasons, please use the same email address you used to create your account when contacting us, otherwise we will not be able to verify ownership.
Once the deletion request has been completed, it cannot be reversed. Please note that you will lose all game progress, including all virtual items and objects obtained or purchased. In addition, we will no longer be able to assist you with refunds or any other player support requests related to this game.
