If the purchase was made using an Android device, please contact us and include every piece of information you consider necessary so that we can identify your purchase. You can send a screenshot or a picture of the receipt so we can see the purchased item, the date, the amount and the id of the transaction (which usually has the following format: GPA.1234-5678-9123-45678. Once we receive the information, we will do our best to complete the purchase as soon as possible.
If your purchase was made from an iOS device, please contact the AppStore support center and explain the situation so they can help you. They process the payments directly and, for this reason, Etermax can’t access the iOS purchase database.
