Issues may arise while synchronizing the game with the information on Facebook. If this takes some time, we recommend you do the following:
- Check whether you have a good internet connection.
- If you are using mobile data, try connecting your device to a Wi-Fi network, or vice versa.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- * Reboot the device.
If the issue persists:
- Unlink your Facebook profile from your account by going to Menu>Facebook>Unlink.
- * Reboot the device.
● Enter the app, log in using your email address and re link your Facebook profile by going to Menu>Facebook>Link account.
