If you enter your account and notice that you have lost your level and statistics, it might be due to the following reasons:
- You entered an email address different from the one you used to create the account. To verify this, go to Menu>Settings>Account and check if the email address is incorrect. If so, sign out by going to Menu>Settings>Sign out and enter with the correct email address.
- You had your account linked to a Facebook account and when you re-entered, you selected 'Connect with Facebook' instead of entering with the email address you used for creating the account. Bear in mind that if you had already created your account and linked it to a Facebook account, when you re-enter you will need to do so with the email address you used and not with the Facebook account. If you do this, a new account will be created from scratch with the Facebook account provided.
To fix this, sign out by going to Menu>Settings>Sign out and enter with the correct email address.
